Call Out Charges:

We make absolutely no call out charge. We do not include any travelling time to a plumbing job in the first hour’s charge. Our charging only begins at the moment we arrive at your door.

Parts and Materials:

We only charge trade price for the parts and materials that we supply to you. You will find that other companies charge you a premium on materials: we do not do this. Take a look at our competitors and check out their rates and charges. Most of our competitors will charge you up to 15% above the trade price for any materials bought on your behalf. We do not agree with this system: we only charge clients the prices that we ourselves pay.
Any reasonable time we spend getting parts we do not have in stock for you will be included in our hourly rate: but this will only ever be up to a limit of 45 minutes for each trip.
